Bitium wins Salesforce Service Surfboard Award

Bitium has been selected as a winner of  Salesforce’s first-ever Surfboard Service Award and we couldn’t be more proud to be acknowledged for our customer support efforts.  At Bitium, customer service is a part of our DNA and we work extremely hard to make sure all of our customers are successful. 

We use Desk.com to power all of our customer support communication, including our knowledge base, so customers can find answers to all of their questions quickly.  In addition, we also offer white glove on-boarding, and take a proactive approach to service by monitoring app logins and reaching out to customers when we see anomalies.  We often detect and solve a problem before the customer even knows it exists.

We are extremely excited to accept our award at Dreamforce 2014, where we'll also be on the follwing panels to talk more about our approach to customer success:
